So simplistic! So amazingly great! I had no expectations going in, but found I was laughing all the way through. Regarding the few complaints, nobody of any sexuality should get a pass from being cast in any role in fiction. To say that someone of a certain sexuality can only be presented in a...

WTF. I only made it about five pages.

"My Duckling" is one of my all time favorite one-shots.

If you ever want an example of what "male gaze" means, this is it.

Highly recommend. There are many relationship themes explored that you don't normally see in a manga. An interesting cast with unique personalities.

It's a very strong commentary on the impact of war on those actually fighting it. This is one of my favorite manga although I always put off reading it for a while when I see it updates. I'm afraid of what I'm going to find out. All of this because they can't get rid of some indestructible...

I think this could be my absolute favorite one shot.

Thank you so much for the translation. I appreciate it!

Prediction: Narita to the rescue once again. He seems to be the most observant of the bunch, like's he's just far enough outside of the turmoil to get an objective view, but close enough to feel the emotional currents. Supreme downer. This is not yuri...unrequited friendship at best.

I really loved the anime which is where I started. And I loved the manga a lot right up to the point where Phos got super weird and vindictive against the gems but I hung in there. I could deal with the whole reboot thing as an appropriately strange ending to what is honestly a strange story...

I think a group that is doing this just for the love of it and not for money gets to do whatever they want one day a year. They don't owe anybody anything and yet people are acting like they have some holy obligation. If you don't like the way they do things, then perhaps you could volunteer to...

At first I was like what the hell? And then I thought it was freaking hilarious. I laughed the whole way through. I could picture each person like they were taking a test and running out of time, freaking out and just filling in as many bubbles as they could on the answer sheet before moving on...

Prediction: Nene doesn't tell Sumika about the text from Youko and earns redemption for her past manipulation of Sumika by rescuing Kanoko herself. Second prediction: having thoroughly burned everyone she can, Youko's arc will end forever. I have no idea, I'm just guessing...
