Sorry I wasn't clear enough, I was referring to "Save 58.1". It's a canon (or at least created by the author) explicit chapter following the events of the confession in Chapter 58, I had forgotten that chapter parts were labeled 58.1 and 58.2 on MD.

While I'm assuming some of the boxes are to cover up her milk, you could compare them to Save 58.1 so see how necessary they are.
