I enjoy the meme translations, but they were kinda overdone this chapter. The 'YOLO' bit especially felt out of place.

@calmbreez The 'romance' is comic relief. There is no serious development.

@skalmaen For real. I went back and re-read the chapter in case I missed something. Nope. It's just a funny gag to jokingly explain why Sakurai has his own apartment.

@RazorsEdge I can't speak for the anime, I haven't watched it. The Manga is worth reading from the start just for the art though, the art and facial expressions are hysterical. I have a ton of them saved as reaction images and profile pictures.

This is... quite boring. MC solves all his problems effortlessly and doesn't really have a personality. The world mechanics never get explained, so the MC's growth feels meaningless. There's no sense of conflict or immersion. I do not understand the high rating at all, it's a blandly average...

@pomfkatze There are a few things. The characters feel like they only have two or three facial expressions, the demons all seem to be drawn in the exact same style with the same features and proportions as Lily(Which is odd since they're supposed to be older), and the outfits never change...

@greatninja3 I got about 13 chapters in. The characters all feel flat. The demon child/Lily cries, blushes, and cries some more. That's her whole personality. Evan stands around making vaguely flirty comments towards a child and looking attractive. I just don't find the characters very engaging...

@TheLastTLK Judging by the quarter-assed art and weird fetish inserts, the mangaka's been trying to get this cancelled for years. I honestly think he's sick of drawing this, but the publisher just keeps paying him.
