In Japan, they call the 280 day average gestation term "10 months" instead of "9 months". Literal human gestation is actually around 9 months and 1 week.

Recently Merika was referred to as a rear admiral even though our guy outranked her and now she's a second lieutenant, which means she was an ensign (third lieutenant) before promotion. Merika having the rank of Rear Admiral has got to be a mis-translation. She is clearly enlisted ranks, presumably a Petty Officer or Chief Petty Officer.
