The entire thing. Wouldn't be able to tell you exactly how they changed or shortened things to fit it in 8 episodes of ~40 minutes each though since that would require rereading the entire manga while comparing things, but the TV drama had the whole story.

For anyone curious, the live action series already aired and finished last week. Yes, it did air on TV (with all the incest and all) and was a fairly good adaptation.

If you're only talking about having sex legally then they can do that just fine. Having sex with your siblings isn't actually illegal in Japan, you just can't marry them. Doesn't make it any more morally acceptable though but I'm sure we don't care about that at this point.
