Full agree! The really wonderful part of this series is seeing what they make together. It enhances the relationship beyond the straightforward drama aspect.

I'm hoping that future chapters will let this initial rush feel better. I expect that these two will talk it out, but the pottery does a lot of communication. They should probably just go make a new piece together and sort things out that way.

I'll give Aoko credit for stepping way out of her comfort zone. I was sorta hoping she'd go to Finland just so we could see it in the background art. Will she be able to return with at least the snacks the one coworker wanted? (lol)

dang it... As frustrated as I am with Aoko, seeing that dang lidded pot and imagining Tatsuki's obvious goals with it made me tear up a bit.

We all needed this chapter. A little break for Shinobu, a little break for us. The panel where she's standing in the store, feeling helpless, surrounded by all the items, works really well. She felt really small and trapped.

It hurts a lot. We haven't gotten to the "everything is okay" stage where we can see why we have to feel frustrated or sad at this stage for the story to work. But man, Tatsuki should go find someone else.

Well, that's... like the most considerate way to accept a break up, Tatsuki. The way things are, I don't want them to get back together.

So this is why they got together quickly. So that we can have the weirdest line of thinking from Aoko. The mugs are more important to her than Tatsuki.

So, um, was that video game a Kingdom Hearts reference, but with dogs and cake?
