The target audience has always been people who already liked Haguhagu's work. Anyone who followed him would have known from the beginning that this Sasha isn't a virgin.

Most of those examples can be easily explained with character development happening offscreen. And if minor discrepancies were a sign of retcons in the first place then something like Jojo would be constantly getting retconned.
