Regarding the note in the credits about redoing the lines in Ch.4, i thought the original lines "saying things like you won't do it until i like you. it's a futile effort" flowed better. I actually have a hard time trying to understand what "if you don't do it til i like you. it'll be a wasted effort" is actually trying to say. it also sounds MORE disjointed, IMO. What does the original Japanese say?
My Notes for this translation
Raw: 好きになって貰うまでしないとか
Google: I won't do it until you fall in love with me
DeepL: Like, you don't do it until they like you.
Zaregoto: If you don't do it till I like you
Mine: Saying things like you won’t do it until I like you.
Raw: 無駄な努力っすよ
Google: It's a futile effort
DeepL: It's a wasted effort.
Zaregoto: It'll be a wasted effort.
Mine: It’s a futile effort.
Doing a little more research I'd also go with "Your love won't succeed unless we do it. Otherwise it will be a wasted effort"
That does sound awkward now, so i'll change it back
