One thing most manga about black company regressors fail to bring up is the MC just abandoning the company, they always stay ntil dead and swear to not join one again, japanese people need a story with a MC that just takes and leaves the shitty job, search a new one, get one that grants more time, finds one in a normal company that doesn't enslave him, or even just say no to overtime and ignores the boss instead of bending like a dog when insulted.
To be honest there are a couple, but they are super rare, like D-Genesis where MC only leaves the shitty place multiple chapters after becoming OP, or the manhwa with the sleeper player that leaves it after the bad boss insults him but MC found a way to make money from games, I liked that as it was implied the boss got punsihed from the higher ups for making a good employee leave after making a scene.
