Watching all these people having to live in these ridiculously expensive, tiny shitholes is really just sad more than anything. Most certainly not what the author had in mind.

I swear, if there were mermaids here irl, chances are they'll be fascinated by Hans Anderssen's story

@Narf Rent seem cheap to me compare to the cost of rent in my city. Heck I've seen a garage converted into a "Loft" with a price of $1 million (in my city).

Manga has now covered up to WN Chp 26/end of Arc 4.

It has 1 more final WN arc to cover.

What kind of hellhole do you live in where 520$ (without accounting for electricity, heating, etc.) for a 24m² garage that still requires massive renovation for habitation is considered a cheap rent?

Not gonna lie if I could relax in a big bath and browse the web on my laptop without fear of electrocution I'd totally do it. The bath in my house is really small so I can't sit down comfortably, so I have to settle for showers.

@RevereShin as long as the body of water is big enough electrocution chance is very low especially if it isn’t salt water.

There is a dude that is inside a pool while getting hit by a tesla coil its somewhere on youtube.

Shame that place isn't up to habitation code, nor does it fall within fire safety guidelines.
