@silentreader261 at chapter 25 Sa-chan is holding her stomach and saying it's hurt, next on 26 she said her period is late even though later she told her friend that she got period and quite heavy but some readers think Sa-chan lied to him and actually got pregnant. And furthermore Sa-chan looks like she can still hold her feelings but suddenly everything crumble in the next few chapters, as if something she tried to hide from Kyo. So I guess that's the catalyst of the pregnant theory.

I don't actually buy that theory though but I can understand where they came from.

I think Sa-Chan had a child. I think he will met his own child ( teen) soon as well as her. I think we are getting towards the end soon.
