Webnovel has 5 ‘books’/chapters divided into 5 parts each or so. Couldn’t find a status thing on the raws though, just that there’s two volumes out and that chapter 9 of the manga was the most recent thing to release for free or so.

@mrmm Putting "Thank you for reading and supporting" at the end of a chapter that concludes like that does not happen for end of volume messages. Considering that Chapter 9 is the last chapter of Volume Two, which came out in July, with no additional RAWs or any message of the author taking a short break or something like that, it means that the series got axed.

Ah, the classic "japanese with bad taste axes good series" move.

A couple is TWO. One yen is worth .0095 USD. Thus 2000 yen is only about $19. How fly by night is this business they can't affort $20 to have their floor fixed by a professional?

Shit. Japan treats its manga the way americ treats its TV.

Well fuck!

If baka updates is acceptable (idk since this is my first time trying to look something like this up to see if it got axed), it says it's still ongoing in japan. We might have simply caught up with the raws. If it doesn't get updated after a few months, we can officially say it got axed. Also, a lot of times the author/artist will thank the readers for supporting them up to that point even though they will do more and announce the vol release.
