I don't know what's the problem. I can read it fine.
If you think you've lost brain cells reading this, you don't have one to begin with.

Translating can be very tough, seriously.
Trying to decipher foreign sentence structures, you end up forgetting how to properly speak your own language.
Also consider that Japanese is known to be very incompatible with English.

I really hope some group pick it up though, this manga is worth it.

Thanks for translating, as far as I am concerned any translation is better than none.

page 20 :
- panel 1 : note the opening of the "4-dimensional pocket" of the elf girl . she pulled the book out from the pocket .
- panel 2 : "these yukata-s feel so cool , refreshing and weird" . the reason is because oji-san and elf girl dont wear any under-wears under the yukata-s .

Thank you, that means I can read fine. I don't need to be an English speaker to be able to understand other people. English is not my first, second nor even my third language.
I feel bad for you though. That means you can only talk to people with "perfect" english.

Thanks for the translation :). Some parts are tricky still, but I’ve seen much, much worse. Those people claiming it’s unreadable really need to up their communication skills.

A question for you: does Japanese (or the third language if you’re not translating directly from Japanese) not have past tense? At e.g. page 8, 20 and 26 there are sections when they are mentioning somehing that happened in the past described in present tense (murayama being 88, uncle’s expectation, and his almost being stuck as a dragon).

I can't get enough by how earnest and honest uncle is, specially Elf-san.... With that kind of Loli-body, i bet uncle skills and power cannot deny FBI in another world. So he needs to lie low around elf-san

That was a very half assed translation. If you can't speak English, or can but are lazy or uneducated, try passing the text through a word processor first and let it take care of the ultra evident mistakes that even a word processor will handle.
