@feha maybe because he was born in the late 80’s or 90’s and got transported when he’s like in high school not obvious but he is around 30 years old and was in a coma for 15 years or something so he probably got isekaed during his high school years kinda depressing now that you think about it considering he still acts like a child. more depressing considering how he was treated technically child abuse. on the bright side seems like his family on earth cared enough(he was given a number of game consols as a kid) to not pull the plug.

Education back then were different I guess pretty sure he never got any sex ed.
