man... it's cool that he came back and all, but the whole dark side of the story is ruined now. Resurrections should never be a thing.

I can both enjoy Tintin Boy coming back and sigh that Heroaca doesn't have the guts to kill off any characters, even secondary ones.

MIRIO MY BABY YOU ARE BACK AND FULL OF POOOWWEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! I'm so incredibly happy

Eri has gained some control over her quirk then. Awesome! Although Horikoshi will have to set some limitations on her quirk or the stakes of the manga will come crashing down and nothing will be a threat anymore.

I dunno how I feel about mirio coming back...

of course, I love the guy! absolute favourite arc of any character I think I've seen in anime during season 4... but the reason it's so amazing is the fact that he loses his power. and how he takes that loss. how amazing of a person he is in spite of that loss.

This takes all that back. That loss isn't a thing anymore, so that arc isn't a thing. Every time I see that arc now its gonna be ruined by me knowing that it all gets turned back...

him in that room protecting that child is - or maybe was - an amazing scene, even more so in repeat viewings cause you know what's gonna happen. that's the part that always made me reaaally feel something in that fight... and now it's not there.

I'm gonna wait for an explanation, see how they handle that, hopefully, it's not just "we needed to practice her quirk, so we tried it on him first! and it worked great!", cause then the girl just lives up to what everyone (the fans saying shes just there to fill plot holes or however they worded it) worried she would be.

tl;dr: imo the explanation needs to be real good or it could ruin season 4's arc.

@SamyD23 I trust Horikoshi's ability to make a compelling continuation for Mirio's character arc. I don't believe for a second that him losing his quirk will not have affected him. Remember Nighteye seeing Mirio as "the finest hero" in the future on his deathbed. This had to happen at some point. Since it's been months since we've heard anything from Eri, we are probably going to filled in on things with plenty of flashbaks.

Also when it comes to re-experiencing stories, I don't think this will take the suspense out of that moment in season 4 or make it any less impactful. I'm sure there are movies, series or books you watch/read again and again without them ever being any lesser for it. Good storytelling will have you in suspense rooting for the characters you care about in difficult moment despite you knowing the outcome

@bigtiddyoneesan ...... Or maybe Jeanist laid low under Hawks' orders, who used a fake body to give Dabi something to believe? Because that actually makes sense?

@DaFuxas You couldn't be more wrong. Resurrections SHOULD happen, but placed correctly.

@hollyguild Oh yeah, MHA doesn't kill anybody off. Remember how Nighteye took a really long nap? Or how Magne had his insides become his outsides?

@AdieuW Why do you think the horn exists

@SamyD23 They've had 4 months. And right before that timeskip, Eri's horn was acting up. I think anyone with half a brain can see there will be a good explanation. When did Horikoshi fail expectations, after all?
