The "heroine" seems to only see the people around her as game characters, yet expects to marry one of them--a fujoshi after her husbando, I guess.

Ya this pacing is...garbage. Like o hey we're essentially being held hostage by our father but don't worry we'll use this hole to escape and get help and now my mom divorced him and got re-married. The end. Except it was all done in 3 page so you don't feel anything. No build u[, no tension, no climax. Honestly what the heck is the author thinking? You don't get to skip this stuff and still hope to have an invested audience.
