Sorry, but can someone who read the novel explain what the fuck just happened? I honestly didn't get any of it. Dude was watching some war and suddenly he's breaking the "system", whatever that meant? What?
And not only that, but him having killed the Demon King in that dungeon once apparently helped him in taking over the system?
FOR GODS SAKE WE NEED MORE, this series is like some kinda hope for me to wait each week until Wednesdays and I love it.
Ty for the translations

@Call-Me-Captain basically the system are protecting he, removing the ADM permission of that weird statue. The System Creator was trying to revive the "Demon Lord" but failed and have the permission revoked so he can't turn MC back to be a rank E. If i'm not wrong that is what happened, i might have write something wrong since some time have passed since i read the novel
after choosing a host, transform him bit by bit until he can finally merge with the mornarch (ie the black heart) without becoming mad or be destroyed by the absurd power contained within. the system used a video game/rpg approach so that the user could understand it(=the process/progression required) well.
that mean the final goal of the system and going back to this double dungeon and see a vision was too
finnaly merge our MC and the shadow mornarch personnality. that why during the flashback he see the event in 3rd person and before he know it, he is in PoV 1st person. then he feel the black heart. Now that his body is compatible and can wistand the power of the black heart he can finnaly get the full power of the shadow mornarch, and the monarch can possess the body without destroying it
He didn't "hack" the system. see my previous comment: the system has a purpose, and our MC fufilled that purpose. The creator didn't design the system to be in control of it
else that would eb akin to take control of a monarch when he is but a servant/architech
he could input some command to the system as long as it followed the system core rules explained before. So now that the architect tried to abuse his autority, the system shut him out.
]again the merge succeed (ie: black heart), but apparently the shadow monarch didn't take possession of our MC's Ego. why? you will see that on future chapter
@Call-Me-Captain this is pure speculation that i gathered from these chapters but i think i got its right:
the statue dude created the system to train candidates host bodies, in this case the MC, the system helped him develop until he could be a proper vessel for the Shadow Monarch soul or mind or whatever, then showed him that flashback thing, this was supposed to overwrite his soul or mind with the one from the Shadow Monarch, but for some reason it didnt work, by the looks of it, the system decided that its better for the MC to retain his soul/mind etc, so when the statue dude tried to enter the console, the system blocked him coz it would be detrimental for the MC growth
There’s all of these monarchs that rule over the monsters. They got into a fight with these angels, which has been going on across worlds. The exact details of the shadow monarch are kind of complicated and not really relevant now, but he was was killed by the other monarchs, and this system was created by the other monarchs to resurrect him as their pawn. Unbeknownst to them, the shadow monarch had plans of his own, and has been working to make the protagonist the new shadow monarch, rather than the current one being resurrected as a puppet to the others.
The system was created by this here dude/dudette (no gender) in order to transfer Shadow Monarch's Power into Sung-Jin Woo .
He had a vision of the Shadow Monarch's past. It was supposed to bring Shadow Monarch into his body (that was the deal between Shadow Monarch and the creator of the system, who was supposed to get something out of it). It seems like Shadow Monarch changed his mind, or never intended to go along with this part of the plan. He just granted Sing-Jin Woo his shadow heart. It seems like system creator thought Shadow Monarch was still on the side of other Monarchs, which is not exactly the case.
there was a Shadow Monarch, who stayed low after that huge war that was shown to Jinwoo (it was a losing war in the end, i think?). He opposed the usage of earth as the 'next' battlefield. The reason gates, monsters, and hunters appear is to increase earth's mana density little by little so it won't get destroyed when the next war take place. Shadow monarch couldn't just go to earth, he need a vessel. But no earthling can hold the immense power of a monarch. Therefore, he asked the architect to create a way for human to wield the monarch's power. The architect (the creator in here) build a game-like system for human to utilize shadow monarch's power bit by bit, while the monarch itself chose Sung Jinwoo as the vessel. What supposed to happen was shadow monarch reborn with Jinwoo's body as a container, but instead Jinwoo acquired a black heart that increase his strength even further. The creator sees it as a 'system glitch' so he wanted to do something but the monarch has his own reasons. We saw a glimpse of the other monarchs some chapters back. Jinwoo's talk with the shadow monarch might be shown in the few next chapters or so. Oh right, Jinwoo hasn't unlocked the monarch's full power yet even with that black heart.
