maybe next chapter is not chapter 38 , but another omake / extra chapter / special chapter / Special Illustration / extra mission / short mission , lol .
i guess the reasons of the many breaks :
- the editors want full chapters with 20 - 30 pages , and dont allow half chapters with 10 pages , like chapter 38.1 , then 38.2 . so the mangaka cant keep up with the dead-lines , he cant draw fast enough .
- the mangaka also has writer's block , and he doesnt know what to write next for the plot .

the car 's number plate : S-FAM = Spy FAMily . and i dont understand the code 91225 .
