If we assume Tanjirou is the step child of Kamado family and actually a son of upper moon 1, so that baby who just born is Nezuko then?

@YosepRA Sumiyoshi is his ancestor, but not his father, Muzan has been alive for a thousand years, and he met the samurai that scared him sh*tless in his early days as demon. Tanjirou’s father is named Tanjuurou.

@kmlshblr Sumiyoshi is Tanjiro's ancestor. He didn't turn into demon and the Sun Breath user didn't too. It is illogical if the one Muzan is afraid of was turned into a demon. If you look closer, this Sun Breath user has 1 mark but Upper Moon 1 has 2 marks so they are not the same person.

to be honest pulling the twin stuff is kinda unexpected, and i actually assumed that according to his speech while battling himejima and sanemi, kokushibo cornered muzan and asked him to make him a demon to preserve his swordmanship. and honestly slight change in physical by transforming to demon is common so we just assumed so. turned out they're different person due to that neck mark and different length of side bang
