@colxeric it's not a biweekly manga. He just takes a break every 4th week. The only reason it appeared to be biweekly In December and early January was he took a week off for the holidays (and it still counted towards his regular week off).

It is worth noting that chapter 24 was released exactly 1 week after chapter 23.
