@uvarine I think not, as no 1 hero his life isnt his own anymore, he can just die as a hero. Tragic? yes, but this is basically what he dream his whole life (when he is still no 2), but at last now he has the backing of his own family, and even though then the world hates him, they can be proud to call themselves the family of Endeavor.

I could help but to think of this song during this chapter. One way or another I think Endeavor will die in the end. Either to kill Dabi or to save someone from him.
I doubt his wife's here to forgive him, but she might just give him the push he needs to stand up and be a hero one last time; because that's his duty, especially after all he's done.

damn, this is one heavy chapter
feels weird to see a normal society in a manga descending its way to chaos from the loss of rules and laws, hits a little close to home
and it's emotional to see Endeavor finally breaks into tear

I wonder if these villains will retire asap if the "World Government" adds death penalty to their sentence once they're arrested.
Also Civilians in this series are kind of pathetic to be honest, like most of them have quirks as well right? I hope the mangaka feature some new blood of heroes coming from untrained civilians or militias.
