tbh the extra pieces of realism in this are what brings it a tier above everything else. it's hot ofc, but it's also one of the realest hentai out there, both in terms of a semi-believable relationship(sans the inciting incident) and decently realistic sex.

Yeah, they were avoiding cream pie at first, but at this point, especially considering she's a JK, which is in general her peak fertilized stage, either she's actually taking the pill or one of them is impotent, lol.
