A lot of the characters seem to be foils for one another.
Mikari is a foil for Lilysa with her love for Okumura.
Hanyuu-sensei is a foil for Lilysa with her love for Lastarotte mirroring Lilysa's Lilliel.
And now Nagomi / 753 is a foil for both Lilysa and Okumura, only liking a 2D guy, Kai (versus Okumura's Liliel) while also being a cosplayer like Lilysa.

And, I dunno if it's just a coincidence, but the student council president's ponytail looks like the first Heavenly Cosplayer mentioned, Awayuki Erika (though might not be, due to her age, though).
