It's only ever been a race between Lilysa and Mikari. Mikari's only weakness was that Okumura was not receptive to her advances because she's already at max love. But since 170 Okumura's fully let his guard down allowing attacks through, which we seen with him holding back in the first summer training chapter at the beach. And his statement of fact of Mikari being cute is now basically causing critical damage now that he can see her truly outside the lens too. I think her problem now is that she actually needs to hold back or Okumura will pretty much die.
