Last time I read a series with a similar situation (one girl chose love as her dream, the other prioritized career) the former won. Now here things are a bit more complex since in a previous chapter Lylisa also stated that she wanted to make her dream true with Okumura and there is the whole parallelism between Lylisa/Lilliel and Okumura/Ashford.

The solution is real simple. Okumura becomes the manager of Lilysa's Cosplay company, and Mikarin becomes his wife! That way everyone gets hired and they can continue their days as usual. Also I totally forgot Aria was the same age as Okumura until last week re-reading the Q and A. But while we are for sure getting Lilysa's parents, will we get to see Okumura's this arc too? The sister has been a long time coming.

I dont see Okumura and Lilysa as endgame as even posible anymore.

Maybe because the Mikarin constant push.

But i dont see their relationship advancing from what they are now.

Okumura used to like her, but recently we had more yuri bait that shipping moments between her and Okumura.

And Aria and Tsubaki are not options cause they never even left the starting line.

So i want to trust in the obvious Mikarin ending. But i cant.
