2 silly questions

so after reading the rules, there are just two things that arent totally clear to me. can i leave some kind of credit in the scanlations? id like to translate jojolion into brazilian portuguese, and since im not part of any project/team/group, i wanted to know if I could add personal credits more directly. also, since theres already a brazilian portuguese translation, is it alright if i create my own version and add it anyway?
