oh my god, they're going to bring Friend back. I want to say I knew it, but I had some honest doubts for a moment there. Well, now those doubts are assuaged, they can do the resurrection of Christ thing, have a final epic shounen battle, and I won't have to consider this manga as being any more revolutionary than it already is.

I don't understand how the Friendship Party hasn't collapsed yet after the vacuum of power and so many of the inner circle got banished.
You could argue that Friend is acting more like a prophet or messiah, a religious leader rather than a political one. But still the Friendship Party needs a successor. Friendship Party still handling Japanese governmental responsibility. How are they going to maintain their allies in other countries?
I guess that's what Manjoume do? He's the guy who get things down. So if Friend is the Emperor, Manjoume is the Prime Minister.
And if you want to use the Book of Prophecy as a sacred book. Then it needs some form of authority to interpret it and choose the course of action to achieve it. And it most likely someone who have some kind of divinity to interpret such book. We already see Yamane doubting the New Book of Prophecy. Or #13 trying to achieve his own interpretation of the book. Especially after Yamane killed Friend, which wasn't predicted in the new book.

Finally we get to see who this Katsumata guy is and i suspect Donkey witnessed a murder or Yamane dissecting a human or something, which gave birth to Friend. I also wonder who that bitch saw passing by on the street, he will probably play a big role as well. Its always incredible how the mystery just gets deeper
