Scars generally only appear if you don't take proper care of the wound - even deep wounds can leave nothing behind if it's properly cleaned, sutured, and the skin cared for. (Think major surgeries; I've seen some amazing "closing" work that left minimal marking even after things like abdominal procedures.)
It's not common for that to be the case, but given she has light magic, I could see an argument that, if she can heal herself with her own body's magic and mana, then it can fully repair damaged tissue to the extent it regenerates fully and thus doesn't leave any marks or blemishes behind.

one of the slavers mentioned that two other rings were demolished - and given the running theme is "every fucking dumbass ever underestimates her", I could see Aira not taking any time to just clean shop on these groups one after the other.
It's like when you're in the mid-levels in Skyrim and just go out to sweep a bandit camp for one of the innkeepers' "random side quest" deals. It takes you no time once you've got some power and equipment and experience, and that's effectively what Aria was doing here to multiple slaver groups.

I get that it's a drawing technically and so giving an age to that is kinda arbitrary, as you could reasonably tell two people "this character is 15 / 20" and they'd both believe you but uh, maybe don't admit on a public forum you wanna goon to potentially underage characters, maybe. Just a thought.

But honestly, she does seem drawn older appearance wise and her personality is def not that of a 12 years old (prob cuz of all the fighting she's been doing but nearly all the children in this manga have been oddly depicted as more mature than usual) so in a way I get it.

Like I look at the last chapter and one of the kids is 12 but he speaks like an adult and has young adult proportions. Meanwhile, I look at 12 years old IRL and they're almost like toddlers in mindset and in height. That's me exaggerating ofc but you know what I mean.

Forgot if they included it in the manga, but the novel explicitly states that due to her developing mana at a young age, her body physically aged further than what her actual age is. I remember reading the WN years ago and every major arc has a passage that mentions something along the lines of "Despite their maturity, these are still children". There are... other problems with developing magic/mana, but I believe when she is 14-15, she looks physically like she's 20-25.
