Yeah, I understand that.

My experiences are lighter, but I have had moments where i finally released some "tension" I had and... wow... I really didn't know I had that in me.

Nowadays, I have been trying to keep on top of such things... with varying results... recently, I went to deal with a "pesky" toenail, and fucked up the healing process, so I have been having this sharp pang in my toe.

Quite annoying being aware of it.
