It is "cute" to a certain extent, but Lily being a succubus and having an aggressive secondary personality, and she herself being quite possessive too, and well... her being a child.

Makes this whole part icky, luckily... Hajime clearly treats Lily as a daughter.

But considering how much these last few arcs have focused on Lily's possessiveness with Hajime, and it clearly isn't the father/daughter jealousy, I hope the author will leave it behind.

Thanks for catching up on this series. I haven’t read it in a while so I’m reading it from the beginning again but I wanted to drop this comment.

Honestly compared to all the other bland MC’s who get a harem of girls Hajime really earns it. A strong accomplished adventurer, really a nice guy despite his more vulgar tendencies. I wish half the girls in that harem weren’t under the age of 11 though.

Also I don’t know if it’s the art style evolving or the artist is slowly aging everyone up naturally. Lily, Anya, and the chicken girl are less chibi recently. They’ve gotten taller slightly and their faces slimmed out. I hope it’s the later, I hate stories that feel like their stuck in time. Naturally slowly progressing the story is 10000x better than sudden and random time skip. I hate those.

This chapters, she says it is unfair towards Hajime that she keeps him from entering relationship while she's in his care, so I think we're seeing concessions in this regard

Yeah, one of the reasons i said this only in this chapter and wont drag this anymore, but... i do hope the author really doesnt make it end game, only that.

Lily has loli and adult mode, yandere and tsundere personalities, Sekihime-oneesan can't compete.

Seriously, I'm not a fan of the setting of the adopted 8 year old (?) daughter lusting after her dad. Might have been different if it were slower, familial love turning into romantic love over the span of a decade or something. But this way is honestly creepy. Would have been better if it was more about the daughter strictly screening potential stepmothers.
