this is getting spicy. the faces these people make are always so good.
i think gamers! gets a lot of hate because it seems so typical that people get sick of it before they even see it. i actually liked it even as someone who is pretty tired of that brand of misunderstanding minefield romcom. in other anime of its type, the misunderstandings always lead to forced melodrama. i think they understood just how silly teenage relationships actually are so they decided to keep it lighthearted all the way through even when the whole point of the show was about kids not talking to each other properly. also the jokes landed pretty well. not that it was always funny, but it did better than most. boy this is weird i thought i was reading a insider business manga about a 29 year old man sleeping with a 15 year old girl. speaking of which you're going to go to jail for one chapter.
