@Shikuretto_Tsuki Aww Dude... I'm very sorry you ended up on this one. This wasn't a good place to start. If you check the comments, lots of people aren't into it at all. I love it, but it's very edgy and caters to specific tastes. I'd never recommend it to someone who was just giving BL a try.
I don't know what you're looking for exactly, but here are some that I think many beginners who aren't used to smut might enjoy.
If you're looking for a good slice of life, try "Go For It, Nakamura!" by Syundei or "That Blue Sky Feeling" by Okura. Nakamura is probably the best starting point imo, the mangaka has a great sense of humor.
If you want sweet romance, try something like "Our Dining Table" by Mita Ori or "My Sempai" by Hebiko Habuyama.
If you want a freaking awesome action/adventure story set in a fantasy version of ancient China, try "Mo Dao Zu Shi". (It also has an anime which is on YouTube legally for free!)
If you want something more plot focused with an edge of crime, try "Dousei Yankee Akamatsu Seven" by Shoowa or "Canis: Dear Mr. Rain" by Zakk. Still, while they are both more gentle than this one, they do get dark so I'd recommend checking out other stuff before going for them.
Seriously, not liking this one (or even the ones I suggested) doesn't mean there isn't a BL out there for you. Please don't give up on the whole genre because one manga didn't do it for you - that would be like me deciding video games in general weren't for me because I played Dwarf Fortress once and thought it was overwhelming. If I did that, I'd miss out on XCOM, Skyrim, Mass Effect, and other games I like. BL is a huge genre nowadays that caters to all kinds of tastes and readers. There'll be something for you out there, trust.
Feel free to add me and message if you want more help choosing or need links or something. As a fellow bi, I feel pretty bad that the manga which I'm working on soured your first experience of BL.
