Hm... alright, it's one volume, and those average to be about 5 chapters. I can rest easy then. If it were any longer than that, I'd become suspicious that this would result in some drama, but with only a chapter left, it probably won't, right?

I kinda like the boss and the protagonist together but the story gives off this fleeting feeling like watching the seasons pass by. If I blink, their relationship might disappear (Just like what happened to that high school kid. I'm not even sure if he's gonna come back. He's in the cover though-- IDK.) Man, I'm worried. I just want our protag to be happy. ;v;

i really dont think that he wont see the high schooler again... usual thing is first one to appear that has the thing... and isnt this like bad thing to do? since the boss rejected the newcomer but accepted the protag? the boss actually has shown an "attracted" expression from the mc not buttoning his top button in chapter 1 or 2 so uhh idk
