The main characters of both series have hometowns in Iwate, and in fact for these two series they all went to the same high school which we mentioned in chapter 7 (same uniforms, same building based on a real school in Iwate, same school class change policy) so we can probably assume it's the same cemetery as well. Of course we have no way to know if Sora and Tsukiko went to school at the same time as Nozomi, Taishi and Ritsuko (and obv not Shino). It mostly just comes down to Kuzushiro having fun with tying her series together in some way, although I'm sure being able to re-use some assets is a comfy bonus lol. FWIW the school that Saki and Kanon go to in The Moon on a Rainy Night is based on a different school.
