I wonder if their familial circumstance is different, because it was mentioned that Barrow was abused by her parents. Maybe her sister was the favorite child smothered with affection while she was abused and neglected.

For all I like the art, I feel like introducing new characters could've used some work. They always just sorta materialise out of thin air in the middle of nowhere
So (just my assumption) it seems like Ji-ah's sister put some sort of mind controlling choker on the zombie? Guess manipulation runs in the family
