Imagine a guy, helps a girl, who starts to follow him around but he rejects her and ask her to leave him alone. But then after he found out she's actually hot, changes his mind completely. I am not saying she's wrong here in the story, but god, it is superficial. One thing I dislike about common, trash tier Shoujo is it's pushing the idea that as long as he's hot, everything is fine. That's not a good mentality to teach girls and boys.
