I agree that that the aphrodisiac thing until they beg for it is really messed up and that it's not better than rape, rather both being horrible.
However, @Aelth , it's not cum, it's bodily fluid, and in this case with Rou being slime-like, it can either be blood, poison or slime fluid. (and based on the novel it's really not cum) That doesn't make it better, but at least it doesn't make it worse.
