What a godsdamned fucking payoff.

S-tier work on the TL and redrawing, as usual. No notes, same stuff I feel like I repeat every chapter.

But the energy through it, the moment she finds her rhythm and her space in the universe just brings it all home. The art really does complement this series in a way that I don't think any other style or depiction could touch, and somehow I think pgs. 13 & 14 sell that perfectly.

Truly a standout series for me, and I almost never started it - but I'm very glad I did.

great chapter Ikoma really does his best to tune her into her best form for singing, I like that there's no romance (yet), their interactions are like that of 2 music genius and weirdoes testing each other

Incredible job on the art here. They really visualized the catharsis of a pissed-off teenage rock out.

After a high like that, I dread the inevitable crash out. Is the terrible Mom about to fuck things up?

I love writing out lil paragraphs about the stuff I read but sometimes a chapter is so damn good that it can speak entirely for itself lol, this was definitely one of those

Anzu left it all on the stage and reached the people that needed it, felt like I was right in the crowd myself the way every single page was leaving me awestruck even without sound to attach to the song. This manga's really Got It

thanks for the chapter! Grateful to be keeping up with something this sick lol

Man I hope this manga reaches more people because holy wow, it is so good with visualizing emotions in such a unique way. This chapter honestly might've been the best one yet and truly insane work from the TL team for making it fit so well within the manga, like it really is mind-blowing

This series just gets better and better. Drawing out a music scene in manga always seems so challenging but, in the words of Russel Peters, "'this wasn't mind blowing (anything can blow your mind), it's mind blasting!'". Only other music mangas I can remember liking are Kuuden Noise and Buzzy Noise (what's w/ the theme here...) (whoops, forgot Your Lie in April ), but 36 is on another level.

Truly a standout series for me, and I almost never started it - but I'm very glad I did.
Nerf Deidara delivers. Did not see this coming from just Ch. 1.
