@caseo78 the wire is attached to the hook through the girl's breast, which she supposedly can't feel (I'm assuming only the "fake boob" part is a joke from the translator). Either way, the other end is wrapped around the guy's throat, so as the girl crawls closer to him, the wire gets tighter. It's going to claim that it's stopping him from talking, but the amount of force that would need to be behind the girl's crawling to do that would be ridiculous and would easily rip through the breast before completely closing the guy's throat. But hey, slasher fiction logic.

@caseo78 @Xitel in case you didnt know, pulley also known as one of the simple machine widely use to reduced force needed to lift/push/pull object. the more pulley operate in a single workforce, the lesser force required. It fairly safe to say that the boob girl didnt even any resistance when she crawl forward. Author did a good job there. 10/10 Physic 101 lesson
