If Black comes back, sees this, and wants to return to the GFG, I'm pretty sure we'd all be fine with that. This is just to retire him from his official seat rn. If I was unactive for over 3 months, I'd expect you guys to do the same for me.

I considered this as well. It could very well be a kid (like immortalartisan) who has a case of the rare "can't-communicate-without-gifs" disease. Still friendly regardless, which is why I didn't rank him low on my tier list.

I would definitely take into account his new-ness though. As I said, we don't want someone who's just passing through.
