For those who doesn't understand the title page:
It's an April Fool's joke back when the chapter was up in Japan. The website for the movie also made a similar joke where Bakugou is dressing up as godzilla

Man, Tomura is consistently a let down as far as villains go. Most everything else is great, just not him, he's boring.

The problem is that Tomura is one of the hardest types of villains to write or characterize well. Specifically, a true Nihilist. The problem is writing such a character tends to leave readers/viewers with the impression of immaturity or just being whiny. I'd have no trouble thinking of plenty of examples of such "boring" or "weak" villains, but as for a strong example....I can only think of one off the top of my head. That would be DC comics Owlman, in his most recent Earth 3 incarnation, primarily the Crisis on Two Earths animated film but to a reasonable extent in the comics as well.

@PrivatePublic In Owlman's case, though, we already have his non-villainous mirror image (Batman) in the regular Universe, so in a way we can glean some sort of idea about his motivations

One For All / All For One is the only equivalent in this manga, for now (Deku/Tomura isn't a very accurate parallel)

I think Tomura is pretty great as a villain, captures the essence of what everyone feels when they lost their everything to the hell we call life.
