Add another digit, and that's also after letting his MP regenerate from the last time he broke the curse reforming, and the lesser Hellfire, magic barriers, and dispels just cast (the latter two being negligible magic consumption rates by comparison). We haven't done it in a long time, but way back we went over spell MP costs and they're ludicrous. An average mage couldn't cast Hellfire of Demise ever, as I recall.I am lost man. How much MP an average magician has? As if I am understanding this correctly. The guy used like 2K MP through out this whole period? Like how much is a normal spell costs?
Yeah I recall the Manga saying that a number of his spells require a group of Magicians to even cast. Just wish some prospective was given on how absurd his MP along with his Ability to go to negative.Add another digit, and that's also after letting his MP regenerate from the last time he broke the curse reforming, and the lesser Hellfire, magic barriers, and dispels just cast (the latter two being negligible magic consumption rates by comparison). Maybe because he just said Dispel only works at close range, and he's miles away to avoid the blast from whatever slime he gets his bird to fly into orbit. How about dispelling the smoke while it's regenerating, smarty pants?
Most people of that world can't even hope to cast hellfire of demise as if they go into the negatives in mana they die.Add another digit, and that's also after letting his MP regenerate from the last time he broke the curse reforming, and the lesser Hellfire, magic barriers, and dispels just cast (the latter two being negligible magic consumption rates by comparison). That dragon just used Tienshinhan's (Dragon Ball) Kikoho attack
it's part of the charm imo. seeing absolute wild shit happening constantly while the mc is non-chalant and just going with the floor is hilarious and one of the best parts of the series![]()
Funny how this is supposed to be a world-ending threat, yet the MC is treating it like it's just a nuisance.
And that's probably why this series has no stakes and no tension, because even the MC treats the calamity-class enemies as a mere annoyance.
That's what magic transfer is for...Maybe because he just said Dispel only works at close range, and he's miles away to avoid the blast from whatever slime he gets his bird to fly into orbit.

The fact he actually has a facial expression there seems to have gone over your head. This is the most serious he's ever been.![]()

All of his strongest shit is legendary and regular top tiers could only cast a couple of them before dropping dead or exhausted. Yuuji started out close to that but his capacity has been growing, and the last time he fought an artificial dragon he could fire off at least like 5 Sky Breaking Thunders - the single most expensive spells in his arsenal. Normal spells like Fireball are entirely negligible, less than a rounding error, and his passive mana regen completely covers them.I am lost man. How much MP an average magician has? As if I am understanding this correctly. The guy used like 2K MP through out this whole period? Like how much is a normal spell costs?
To be fair, he did send a dispel flying towards the curse mosh pit when it just formed for the first time.Maybe because he just said Dispel only works at close range, and he's miles away to avoid the blast from whatever slime he gets his bird to fly into orbit.
He still had his slimes in the area at the time, so he could cast spells on the area without alerting Credo and the others. To be fair, he did send a dispel flying towards the curse mosh pit when it just formed for the first time.
He can't transfer spells to a monster that isn't there, he moved them all out of the way to protect them from the potential Calamity Dragon, and to keep them a safe distance from the spells he was blasting down from the sky. That's what magic transfer is for...
Anyway, as someone already replied, he's probably going to try "dispel X" on the smoke next, so my rant will likely be invalidated soon
P.S. Also, the actual numbers in his stat window feel completely arbitrary and their size has changed at random a number of times already without it being tied to any narrative developments.
TIEN MENTIONED RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHThat dragon just used Tienshinhan's (Dragon Ball) Kikoho attack
