I feel like the people who are all "Yotsuba never had any meaningful interactions with Fuutarou" are REALLY missing the point. If you read through the manga and just take a not of every Fuutarou/Yotsuba interactions it is definitely true that she doesn't have as many of big, dramatic moments with him, but they have a TON of tiny little moments that show that the two of them were friends almost from the beginning. It's not just one sided either, Fuutarou is totally into goofing off with her.
