I rooted for Yotsuba but why I feel it's sad when Itsuki just accepted that she's only friend for him.

I'm glad Nino didn't give up.

On the other hand, I feel sorry for Itsuki. Even though she didn't show her feelings as much as the other quintuplets, she still acted like someone who had feelings for Futaro, but most of her scenes focused on situations rather than love.

It seems like Negi didn't want to write a romantic scene for Itsuki and used her as bait to lure a bride with Rena, so he put the biological father thing in instead of developing her love with Futaro like the other quintuplets did and made her realize her feelings too late to end that love....
