It's obviously Nino. Still it'd be wrong to assume the girl from the past is also the bride from the future given that'd be literally the only way for the author to pull a twist near the end of the manga.

What if Rena is Itsuki and Itsuki was furious against Futarou at the beginning of the story because he didn't recognized her ?
Itsuki would have recognized Futarou directly, sat in front of him at the canteen and then, Futarou gave her the cold shoulder, upsetting her and making her believe that he has become trash.

I don't think it's Itsuki because of the person watching them. I don't think it's Nino because she seemed surprised he was wet. I don't think it's Ichika for some reason. I've given thought to it being the mother, but that'd be weird time-wise(though it could be her this time and all 5 when they were younger). For some reason, I'm leaning towards Yotsuba because I'm pretty sure he'll end up with Yotsuba. She hides what she wants because what she wants is him, so he'll get her to focus on herself and, thus, they get married. I don't like that ending, but I'm betting on it.

Still, anyone but Ichika is still technically possible. Ichika won't win because I want her to.

He met Yotsuba pretty quickly. I don't think Rena is Yotsuba.

The other quints we don't know what they're up to. We'll have to see...

Also, I do not think that we should try deducing who Rena is based on the hair length or personality.

The quints basically had the same personality and hair lengths back then. They could go with "Rena hairstyle" prolly anytime since they've had that hair in the past. The same goes for personality.

Well, that's what I think and I could still easily be wrong...
