@ StarixCrown - Although, I cannot comment on whether or not the two MC's will have a happy ending, what is clear is that the woman is not going to go back to her husband as she threw away her ring. We are only left with so many options as a result of her decision. They can either become happy together and live, they can either commit suicide together - I doubt this as the male MC is now hesitant and probably will not go down this route, or they simply go their separate ways with the male MC gaining his life/confidence back, and the female MC ditching her husband and living in the moment. I personally feel and hope that this ends in a happy note.
