I forgot which chapter it was, but IIRC on that chapter when they're grilling him about whether they're dating or not, and he said they want to keep it down low and are supposed to pretend they're not dating if anyone asked, the last panel is the girl saying "I'm glad I managed to keep it hidden" or something in that line (because in that chapter she said they're not dating).
