Okay ... I've refrained from posting (and actually reading) on this series for a while. It's both funny and frustrating that Chiyo gets angry at Igarashi for being honest with her, yet she can't bring herself to be honest with him ... about ANYTHING. I guess the author's moral of the story is 'LIE ... lie like dog. For if you dare tell the truth may fleas bite yo' ass for ALL eternity'.
And I am also in agreement with the person who said that almost all of the characters in this story are un-likable. The one person who is likable, honest (to a fault) but a bit dumb is hated by a good chunk of the readers and almost all the other despicable people in this story. I'm taking another (2 months ... maybe 3) hiatus from this 'story' ... I don't think I'll miss much but I do hope that the lies and deceit ... by all guilty parties ... will be exposed.
