some gives hours and hours of work, do not take break
the only thing that matters is that the work is done
There are companies that are sold by the owners and bought by the workers, even though the company went very badly and had no work anymore.

I suppose this is how it was in many parts of Japan after the WW2. Yet they could still count themselves lucky compared to the places under communism.
