Honestly, i think it's weird that Endou just guessed the color of the van. What's his strategy here?That it had a higher probability of being white? Not really convinced
@atlasBR he doesnt care what color he talk about is as long as it's not black aka not the color of the van being offered. Endou wants 2 things: 1) Confirmation that Kaiji has rented a van and possibly is still in possession of it and 2) Description of said van. His antic aims to agitate and fish any information out of the shopkeeper. For example if he later describes Kaiji as his "friend" then the shopkeeper, being frustrated by his inane chatter, might say more than he should.
